Attention! Booth space is available to HIGH FORMAT® Dealers and Partners at the HF Block Party on Day 2 at Castle Farms. Submit your booth space request for approval with our exhibitor form.
This is your platform to meet with a variety of contractors from different areas to share literature and your story. You do not need to tend to your booth the entire time of Day 2.
Exhibitors must also register all individuals attending the booth and event. Please visit the attend page to complete the individual registration form.

Details:

Booth space is 10' wide x 8' deep.

Pipe and drape dividers will be set up at each booth. Full pipe and drape in the back, and partial height pipe and drape on the sides.

Maximum height of booth is 8'.

Tables, chairs, and table cloths are available upon request.

No heavy equipment to be operated inside the venue for set up.

All set up must be completed before 8 am on Tuesday. We prefer that you set up on Monday 9 am - 4 pm. Additional set up time is Tuesday 6 am - 8 am.

All booths must remain up until 7 pm on Tuesday. Tear down may only happen Tuesday 7 pm - 8 pm. We must have all items out of the exhibitor space by 8 pm Day 2. Thank you!​​​
